The room had a lovely balcony overlooking the bustling piazza, perfect for sipping coffee in the morning. Staff communicated promptly via WhatsApp, making it easy to get local recommendations. However, check-in felt a bit rushed, and I experienced a small issue with the shower that splashed everywhere. Limited towel changes every two days could have been better. Still, the cozy ambiance made this place a delight to return to each day.
